Twilight Retreats Ltd (“we”) runs twilightretreats.co.uk. This notice explains what we collect on this site and what we do with it. Last updated 20 October 2026.

What we collect

If you join the bookings list, we collect your email address. If you email us, we keep the email and whatever you put in it. That’s all — the site has no accounts, no analytics cookies and no tracking.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email address to tell you when our lodges open for booking and, occasionally, about availability and offers. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or by writing to hello@twilightretreats.co.uk.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don’t transfer them outside the UK/EEA other than through those providers under their standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or for two years after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email hello@twilightretreats.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
